◆與物料接觸部分(工作倉)密封獨(dú)立，密封獨(dú)立，密封均采用雙級(jí)以上組合密封并加氣封，以保證潔凈度要求，密封更可靠。

◆壓片系統(tǒng)兩壓輥采用萬向軸傳動(dòng)，偏置式喂料結(jié)構(gòu)，設(shè)計(jì)更合理，片子成型更穩(wěn)定。

◆水平、垂直、整料部分單獨(dú)模塊化設(shè)計(jì)，可單獨(dú)移動(dòng)開，便于拆裝和清洗。

◆PLC系統(tǒng)聯(lián)機(jī)控制，液晶屏人機(jī)界面操作，自動(dòng)上料量的設(shè)定：垂直、水平、壓片、整粒均采用變頻設(shè)定；系統(tǒng)壓力，以及從上料到篩分系統(tǒng)聯(lián)機(jī)控制、參數(shù)顯示及查詢。

◆設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)采用整體設(shè)計(jì)，水平鉸龍可通過絲杠移出工作倉，水平和垂直可通過轉(zhuǎn)軸旋轉(zhuǎn)90°，方便清潔設(shè)備。
